Dot has worked for The Pittsburgh Foundation since 1990, processing all donor-advised, designated and special purpose grants from inception to follow-up. Dot prepares materials for the Foundation Board proposals and funding meetings. She also provides reports for program committee packet and process all declination letters. Dot’s positive impact can be traced to her first duties with the Foundation as an administrative assistant, then grants coordinator. She also worked as a consultant and finance associate. In 2019, she was promoted to senior grants coordinator in recognition of her extraordinary effectiveness. A native of West Mifflin, she worked for the advertising firm Della Femina McNamee and Mon Valley Orthopedic Associates prior to arriving at the Foundation. She and husband, Keith, are the parents of two children.  Her son is completing his undergraduate degree at Youngstown University and her daughter obtained her juris doctor degree at Charleston School of Law. In her free time, she loves to read mystery novels, knit and vacation at the beach.
