Holtz Family Scholarship Fund The Holtz Family Scholarship Fund was established at The Community Foundation of Westmoreland County to provide scholarship support for Franklin Regional High School seniors and/or graduates who will continue their education at a four-year college/university in the field of math, science or education. Applicants must demonstrate that they are leaders in school and community activities.

Criteria
- Attend Franklin Regional High School as a graduating senior.
- Reside in Westmoreland County.
- Pursue a degree or studies in math, science or education.
- Demonstrate financial need.
- Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
- Plan to attend a 4-year college or university.
