LeAnne Disco joined the Finance and Operations team in August of 2022 as a staff accountant. In this role she will have primary responsibility for all gift entry for Foundation. Prior to joining the Foundation’s staff, LeAnne served as a senior auditor at EY, where she served both public and private clients across various industries, including advanced manufacturing, consumer products and retail. A natural collaborator, LeAnne acted as the liaison connecting upper management, engagement team members and external client management. She also coordinated audit procedures and supported management in risk identification, control testing and process improvement.
LeAnne has earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and finance with a minor in data analytics from Grove City College, where she graduated with the highest honors. She is a Pittsburgh native who grew up in Allison Park and attended Hampton High School. In her spare time, you can find her on the volleyball court. Over the past 14 years she’s played in many sand, grass and indoor leagues in the area. She also coaches club volleyball for Pittsburgh Elite Volleyball Association. LeAnne also loves animals and has two cats and is currently setting up a ceramics studio in her apartment.
