Bradley Jones joined the Foundation in December 2017 as a senior investment analyst, and was promoted to investment manager, External Portfolios and Impact in January 2024. As part of the Investment team, his primary responsibility is to oversee the Third Party Investment Manager program, a nationally-recognized initiative through which qualified local investment managers maintain advisory capacity over donor funds. Brad also is a member of several internal committees at the Foundation, including the Impact Investing Cohort, Affordable Housing Strategy Working Group, Social Media Working Group, Trust Administration Committee, Third-Party Manager Approval Subcommittee, Impact Investing Approval Committee, Technology Implementation Team, and previously Racial Justice Committee and Social Committee. He also manages the Foundation's portfolio analytics software. Before joining the Foundation, he served as an investment analyst for a firm providing expert witness services for securities litigation cases. He has worked with other local investment firms including PNC. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and is a Fundamentals of Sustainability Accounting (FSA) credential holder with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). He is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) and also earned his Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy (CAP®) designation from the American College of Financial Services in 2022.

Jones hosted the CFA Society Pittsburgh’s podcast, Bridge to the Burgh, which featured investment and finance professionals in and around the city, sharing their success stories and discussing timely topics. The Greenville, Pennsylvania native is a graduate of Pennsylvania Western University Clarion (formerly Clarion University of Pennsylvania) with a bachelor’s in finance. He was co-chair of the Clarion University Pittsburgh Alumni Chapter and a board member of the CFA Society Pittsburgh. He also enjoys traveling and considers himself a major sports fan. Go Bucs!
