Little is known about Lillian Gorell (1909-1985). A Pittsburgh resident with ties to Indiana, Pennsylvania, Ms. Gorell bequeathed her estate to The Pittsburgh Foundation upon her passing, with instructions that it be used to provide scholarship money for blind students and for students wishing to study the arts.
