The "Fur-ever Mine" Fund was established to cover the costs of medical care for the cats and dogs admitted to Animal Protectors of Allegheny Valley, a no-kill animal shelter in New Kensington. Although some animals arrive at the shelter in good health, many others have medical problems that need to be addressed before they can be adopted into their forever homes.
Severe skin problems, broken bones, diabetes, traumatic eye injuries, tumors, painful infected teeth and bladder stones are just a few of the issues pets have been presented with. The fund is specifically designated to cover veterinary bills and cost of medications, treatments and medical supplies needed to treat these animals.
Thank you for donating to the Fur-Ever Mine Fund.
