Gabriella Pishotti
Gabriella Pishotti joined the Foundation in January 2024 as the diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility associate. She is responsible for executing and supporting facets of the Foundation’s DEIA and racial justice strategy and organizational development. She will assist in defining and implementing best practices to further embed diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility into the Foundation’s culture. Before coming to the Foundation, Gabriella was an English instructor at West Virginia University and a founding member of her department's Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee. In 2024 she earned her Ph.D. in English from West Virginia University where she specialized in refugee and immigration narratives.
In her free time, Gabriella enjoys creative writing, reading an ever-growing list of books and comics and baking anything that contains chocolate.
