Jennie has stepped in as acting CEO after Lisa Schroeder's retirement to ensure continuity and stability in leadership while the search for a permanent president and CEO is underway.  

Jennie is an executive leader, advisor and facilitator with more than 20 years of experience helping organizations and people navigate and catalyze change with clarity and purpose. She specializes in relationship development, strategy execution and building team cultures rooted in trust, collaboration and accountability. Jennie is known for her ability to simplify complexity, achieve goals in highly matrixed organizations, and create experiences that lead to behavior change.

As senior vice president of Partnerships at The Pittsburgh Foundation, Jennie leads initiatives focused on establishing and advancing partnerships , learning, and stakeholder engagement. She works closely with senior leaders to align strategy and culture, coaches teams to increase effectiveness, and leads programs and convenings that strengthen relationships across sectors. A skilled facilitator and consultant, she regularly represents the organization in executive and community settings.

In addition to her work in the philanthropic space, Jennie is a trained marriage and family therapist and brings a deep understanding of systems, emotional intelligence and human behavior to her leadership.
