Kati Knowles joined the Pittsburgh Foundation in September 2024 as Project Manager – Business System Analyst. In this role, she will support technology and systems upgrades at the Foundation. Kati’s prior role was project manager for Adapt Health LLC, a national medical supply and durable medical equipment company.
She received her Bachelor of Science degree in communications from Fitchburg State University in Massachusetts and is currently working toward a Master of Science in data analytics from Eastern University in Pennsylvania.
Outside of work, Kati spends time with her husband, daughter and dog and enjoys hosting family gatherings.
