The Pittsburgh Promise: Walk for One Promise

When: Saturday, October 18, 2014 at 2 p.m.
Where: Pittsburgh Science and Technology Academy [107 Thackeray Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15213]

Walk for One Promise is a 13-mile, city-wide pilgrimage to support The Pittsburgh Promise and Pittsburgh’s kids. We are walking to raise funds and awareness because many of our city’s children are suffering serious educational inequality. It is time for us to stand together for all of our kids to ensure that their lives, which are full of promise, are also full of opportunity. We need your help!

Join us at the Finish Line Celebration of Walk for One Promise to stand with our walkers, our community, and Pittsburgh’s kids. When we say celebration we mean it! Enjoy a free cookout, bounce-houses for kids and adults, and opportunities to support The Promise through 50-50 raffles and activities!
