Pat Kelly was a teacher for 40 years at Penn-Trafford and spent his entire career as a football coach or Athletic Director. A graduate of the district himself, he was the first Head Football Coach at Penn-Trafford. During his tenure as a coach he helped many students earn opportunities to attend college and to continue pursuing their athletic interests. As a respected Athletic Director, he was instrumental in developing Penn-Trafford’s athletic programs and facilities. Continuing to work in PT athletics even after his retirement, he dedicated nearly 55 years to Penn-Trafford and the athletic program, educating and developing student athletes.
A golf outing is held each year raising funds to continue Pat’s life-long mission: to help Penn-Trafford student athletes pursue excellence in both academics and athletics.
