The Pittsburgh Foundation will host the seventh Day of Giving for Allegheny County on May 3, 2016. From 8 a.m. to midnight, the public will be able to support participating nonprofits through contributions. This year's event has a new model - nonprofits will be able to raise their own match pools and each gift will be matched dollar-for-dollar by those individual match pools until each organization's pool is depleted. Butler and Westmoreland Counties are offering separate match pools.
