Vincent J. Quatrini Jr.
Vincent J. Quatrini Jr. is a founder and the founding Board Chair of the Community Foundation of Westmoreland County (CFWC) and founding and managing partner, at the law firm of Quatrini Rafferty with offices in Latrobe, Greensburg, and Pittsburgh. Mr. Quatrini, who has 42 years of legal experience, is a certified specialist in the area of workers’ compensation and represents injured workers, exclusively. Mr. Quatrini is co-editor of the Pennsylvania Bar Institute Workers' Compensation Practice and Procedure manual, author of Traumatic Brain Injury and Workers' Compensation Claims, and a frequent lecturer, across Pennsylvania, on the subject of work injuries. He is past president of the Westmoreland Bar Association, past president of the Pa Bar Association Workers Compensation Section, Past President of the Pennsylvania Conference of County Bar Leaders, and currently sits on the board of the Latrobe Community Revitalization Committee. He recently completed board service for the Westmoreland Land Trust and the Duquesne Law Alumni Association, where he was honored with the Distinguished Alumni Award.
