Whitney Falba
Whitney joined the Foundation's staff in March 2020 as a member of the Investments team, then transitioned to her current administrative support position. Previously, she worked within the investment/financial sector at local investment firm Hefren-Tillotson and Dollar Bank. Before her time in finance, she worked at the Carnegie Museums of Art and Natural History in Oakland.
She is an alumna of both California University of Pennsylvania and Duquesne University for her Bachelor's and Master's in Arts, concentrating in English Literature with certification in gender studies. In 2025, she earned her CAP designation, an internationally recognized certification through the IAAP (International Association of Administrative Professionals).
Whitney's career has dovetailed with her work in local communities. Centering equity and inclusion, she supports community through mutual aid, education and resource sharing. She is an avid reader, costumer and enjoys spending time with her family.
