Grants Coordinator
Position Status: Full-Time, Non-Exempt, Permanent
Location: Hybrid/In office 3 days per week
Starting Salary: $52,365
POSITION SUMMARY
The grants coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the Foundation’s philanthropic mission by ensuring the effective administration, execution, and integrity of all grants and scholarships. This role manages the full lifecycle of the grant and scholarship process—from vetting and verification through to disbursement and post-award follow-up—ensuring that grants are processed accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with donor intent, internal policies, and regulatory compliance.
Key responsibilities include validating grantee eligibility, maintaining accurate records within the grants database, preparing timely communications, and supporting cross-functional coordination across the Foundation. The coordinator also contributes to process improvements, resolves inconsistencies, and generates regular and ad hoc reporting to support operational transparency and decision-making

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of two years of relevant administrative or program support experience, ideally within the nonprofit or philanthropic sector.
- Familiarity with grants management software or systems is advantageous.
- Experience with Salesforce systems preferred.
