For members of the Boys & Girls Club of Western Pennsylvania who demonstrate financial need.

For persons from Allegheny County pursuing higher education at institutions in Western Pennsylvania.

For high school graduates who are residents of Plum Borough.

For children of Duquesne Club employees with at least 1,000 hours of service in the preceding year.

For students from Carlynton or Chartiers Valley High Schools who are entering post-secondary education programs.

For female students who were born, lived in or went to school in Western PA to provide support for continuing education.

For rising college sophomores, juniors or seniors living in Western PA for continued study at a 4-year college or university.

For students studying performing and theatrical arts at Carnegie Mellon University, Chatham University or Point Park University.

For graduating high school students from Bedford and Fulton counties.

For traditional and non-traditional students who reside in Allegheny County and who demonstrate financial need.
