Vladimir R. Bakaleinikoff Memorial Fund The Vladimir R. Bakaleinikoff Memorial Fund was created at The Pittsburgh Foundation to provide scholarships to undergraduates (juniors, for their senior year) pursing an education in the field of music.

Criteria
- Attend an institution of higher education as a rising undergraduate sophomore, junior or senior student.
- Graduated from a high school in Allegheny County, PA.
- Pursue a degree or studies in music.
- Demonstrate financial need.
- Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0.
