Pittsburgh Playhouse Plus Scholarship Fund The Pittsburgh Playhouse Plus Scholarship Fund was established at The Pittsburgh Foundation to provide to students whose major is Theatre Arts and have completed their first year of study at Carnegie Mellon University, Point Park University, or University of Pittsburgh.  (THIS YEAR, THE SCHOLARSHIP IS FOR STUDENT AT POINT PARK.)

Average Award: $1,400
Award Type: Renewable Award (subject to committee recommendation). 
Deadline: Inquire in the school's Financial Aid Office

Criteria

  • Attend Carnegie Mellon University, Point Park University or University of Pittsburgh.
  • Pursue a degree or studies in theater arts.
  • Have completed the first year of study.
  • Demonstrate financial need.
  • Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0.

How to Apply

  • Submit your Student Aid Report (SAR). If you have not already received your SAR, you can do so by applying for the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
  • Submit your unofficial transcripts.
