Rose J. Navratil Art Scholarship Fund
The Rose J. Navratil Art Scholarship Fund was established at The Pittsburgh Foundation to provide art scholarships at Carnegie Mellon University. There is no application for this scholarship; the financial aid office identifies the recipient.
