For graduating seniors with financial need from Penn Hills High School.

For graduating Indiana Area High School senior scholar-athletes with financial need and attending college, university, or technical trade schools.

For students living in Southwestern Pennsylvania who are pursing a 4-year liberal arts degree.

For high school graduates who are residents of Plum Borough.

For sophomores, juniors or seniors attending college in Allegheny County, majoring in Social Work, environmental studies or teaching.

For children of Duquesne Club employees with at least 1,000 hours of service in the preceding year.

For Virginia Tech students in sophomore year or later majoring in elementary education or elementary school counseling.
