For a student or students wishing to pursue a career in aviation.

For students living in Southwestern Pennsylvania who are pursing a 4-year liberal arts degree.

For residents, ages 18 to 25, of Western Pennsylvania (Allegheny and the 6 surrounding counties) who are pursuing completion of a program at a trade school.

For students who are residents of Butler County and wish to attend an accredited vocational or technical trade school OR 2- or 4-year college or university.

For children and spouses of U.S. service men and women who are currently in active service or have previously served in any U.S. war dating back to the U.S.-Iraq war declared in March of 2003.

For students who prefer a vocational program or a 2-year college program.

For nursing students of all levels living within the nine counties of Southwestern PA.

For current residents of Butler County or graduates of a Butler County high school, who currently attend or plan to attend vocational or technical trade school OR a 2-or 4-year college or university.
