For students who are residents of Westmoreland County.

For graduating seniors from Burgettstown High School in Burgettstown Borough, PA to further their education beyond the high school level.

For graduating seniors from the Burgettstown Middle/Senior High School with demonstrated leadership and scholarship ability.

For Westmoreland County High School students considering a military career or whose parent is a veteran or serving in the US Army.

For students in Westmoreland County who seek to enter Christian ministry.

For graduating seniors residing in the Ligonier Valley School District planning to attend a two- or four-year college or technical school. (Immediate family members of any person currently serving on the Ligonier Valley Endowment Board of Governors are ineligible for this scholarship.)

For graduating seniors from Ligonier Valley High School planning to attend a two of four year college, or a vocational or technical school. Immediate family members of any person currently serving on the Ligonier Valley Endowment Board of Governors are ineligible for this scholarship.
