For graduating high school seniors who attend East Allegheny or West Mifflin High Schools.

For sophomores, juniors or seniors attending college in Allegheny County, majoring in Social Work, environmental studies or teaching.

For students from southwestern PA pursing a degree in Psychology or Social Work.
