For City of Pittsburgh employees completing an undergraduate or graduate program in government or public service.

For female students who were born, lived in or went to school in Western PA to provide support for continuing education.

For traditional and nontraditional students to begin or advance their nursing careers.

For Pennsylvania resident undergraduate students studying the conservation of wildlife.

For rising college sophomores, juniors or seniors living in Western PA for continued study at a 4-year college or university.

For first year college students from Western Pennsylvania pursuing engineering or manufacturing, or related trades.

For students studying performing and theatrical arts at Carnegie Mellon University, Chatham University or Point Park University.
