The Michael J. & Aimee Rusinko Kakos Scholarship Fund was established at The Community Foundation of Westmoreland County to provide a source of financial assistance to students in Westmoreland County who attend Seton Hill University and have unmet financial need.

Criteria
- Attend or plan to attend Seton Hill University.
- Reside in Westmoreland County.
- Demonstrate financial need.
- Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0.
- Preference will be given to applicants with unmet financial need as defined by Seton Hill Univ.: applicants who completed the FAFSA, have the ability to succeed academically, and have a semester balance after all other aid is applied, thus helping students lessen student loans.
