Victoria M. O'Neill Memorial Scholarship Fund
The Victoria M. O'Neill Memorial Scholarship Fund was created at The Pittsburgh Foundation in memory of Victoria M. O'Neill by her family and friends to celebrate her very special life. Victoria lived a very full life and was active in dance, sports, and her community. Scholarships are for graduating seniors from Shaler Area High School.

Criteria
- Attend Shaler Area High School as a graduating senior.
- Have demonstrated volunteer or community service related experience.
- Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
- Plan to attend an accredited vocational or technical trade school OR 2- or 4-year college or university.
