Criteria
- Attend or plan to attend Westmoreland County Community College.
- Reside in Westmoreland County.
- Demonstrate financial need.
- Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0.
- Preference will be given to applicants with unmet financial need as defined by WCCC: applicants who completed the FAFSA, have the ability to succeed academically, and have a semester balance after all other aid is applied, thus helping students avoid or lessen student loans.
