Sandra L. Neiderhiser/Ligonier Valley BPW Scholarship Fund The Sandra Neiderhiser/Ligonier Valley BPW Scholarship Fund was established at The Community Foundation of Westmoreland County to provide scholarships to female high school seniors who reside in the Ligonier area of Pennsylvania who plan to go on to higher education in the form of college or vocational/technical school. (Immediate family members of any person serving on the Ligonier Valley Endowment Board of Governors are ineligible for this scholarship.)

Criteria

• Attend high school as a graduating senior.
• Reside in the Ligonier area of Pennsylvania.
• Have a minimum cumulative GPS of 2.0.
• Plan to attend an accredited vocational or technical trade school OR 2-or 4-year college or university.
• Preference will be given to female students.
