For high school seniors in the Greater Latrobe and Derry Area High School.

For graduates of Hagerstown High School, Hagerstown, Indiana who demonstrate a financial need.

For graduating seniors, preferably a student who has been disproportionately affected by systemic barriers to educational achievement, from Newton Falls High School, Newton Falls, Ohio, with interest and talent in English and journalism.

For children of full-time Duquesne Club employees.

For graduates of Burgettstown High School in Burgettstown, PA.

For students from Carlynton or Chartiers Valley High Schools who are entering post-secondary education programs.

For U.S. Department of Energy and National Contract Management Association employees and their children.
