For children and spouses of U.S. service men and women who are currently in active service or have previously served in any U.S. war dating back to the U.S.-Iraq war declared in March of 2003.

For graduating seniors from the Burgettstown Middle/Senior High School with demonstrated leadership and scholarship ability.

For students living in the Mon Valley region of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

For students who prefer a vocational program or a 2-year college program.

For graduates of Valley High School.

For students attending Montour High School.

For students who are children of employees of Dollar Bank.

For students attending school in Allegheny County, Beaver, Butler, Fayette, Greene, Washington or Westmoreland County.

For a graduating senior from Shaler Area High School.

For graduating seniors at Penn Hills High School.
