For graduating high school seniors who are residents of Allegheny County, PA.

For residents, ages 18 to 25, of Western Pennsylvania (Allegheny and the 6 surrounding counties) who are pursuing completion of a program at a trade school.

For traditional and non-traditional students who reside in Allegheny County and who demonstrate financial need.

For nursing students in Allegheny County.

For students, or previous students, who have graduated from schools in Allegheny, Somerset, or Westmoreland County.

For students from Allegheny County seeking to complete their education or begin their educational journey with extended study.

For students who are members of Kenmawr United Presbyterian Church, McKees Rocks, PA.

For students pursuing foreign language.

For graduating high school seniors who are dependents of full-time or part-time benefited BNY employees (formerly known as BNY Mellon).

For 3rd and 4th year undergraduate students who plan to become involved in some way with any of the classical style or modern day performing arts and who are committed to building future audiences for them.
