For persons from Allegheny County pursuing higher education at institutions in Western Pennsylvania.

For graduates of Pittsburgh Public Schools.

For children of full-time Duquesne Club employees.

For students studying performing and theatrical arts at Carnegie Mellon University, Chatham University or Point Park University.

For graduating seniors at Penn -Trafford High School.

For the children and grandchildren of current GFT Infrastructure, Inc. employees who show exceptional leadership and character.

For students in two or four-year college programs or trade schools as a full-time students anywhere in the United States.

For volunteers of the Upper St. Clair Volunteer Fire Department or for their dependent children.

For PRO-Tec full-time employees and their dependents.
