For applicants who have been disproportionately affected by systemic barriers to educational achievement including, but limited to, those from the plaintiff class and former employees of Volkswagen of America, New Stanton PA.

For seminarians pursuing a pastoral experience outside of the required seminary training or as part of the pastoral year.

For children of full-time Duquesne Club employees.

For Virginia Tech students in sophomore year or later majoring in elementary education or elementary school counseling.

For City of Pittsburgh employees completing an undergraduate or graduate program in government or public service.

For students who have faced social, economic, or educational barriers due to systemic gender inequity, and who were born, lived in or went to school in Western PA to provide support for continuing education.

For traditional and nontraditional students to begin or advance their nursing careers.

For students attending Harvard Medical School.

For traditional and non-traditional students who reside in Allegheny County and who demonstrate financial need.

For special education graduate or undergrad students at Slippery Rock, Pitt, Chatham, Duquesne or La Roche.
