For U.S. Department of Energy and National Contract Management Association employees and their children.

For graduating seniors of Penn Trafford High School.

For City of Pittsburgh employees completing an undergraduate or graduate program in government or public service.

For graduating seniors of Northgate High School.

For graduating seniors from Chartiers Valley High School who demonstrate financial need.

For graduating seniors of the City of Duquesne, Duquesne PA who attend East Allegheny or West Mifflin.
