For first year college students from Western Pennsylvania pursuing engineering or manufacturing, or related trades.

For graduating seniors at Marion Center High School.

For students graduating from the school district that includes the Borough of Springdale to further their educational journey with extended study, either through a vocational program or institution of higher education.

For students who are residents of Westmoreland County.

For high school students in McKeesport Area, Clairton Valley, South Allegheny or East Allegheny High Schools.

For graduating high school students from Bedford and Fulton counties.

For graduating seniors of Paw Paw High School in West Virginia.

For seniors from East Allegheny High School with financial need.

For residents, ages 18 to 25, of Western Pennsylvania (Allegheny and the 6 surrounding counties) who are pursuing completion of a program at a trade school.
