For students living in Braddock, Pennsylvania or zip code 15104 who are attending or planning to attend a two or four year college.

For children of full-time Duquesne Club employees.

For graduates of Burgettstown High School in Burgettstown, PA.

For students from Carlynton or Chartiers Valley High Schools who are entering post-secondary education programs.

For rising college sophomores, juniors or seniors living in Western PA for continued study at a 4-year college or university.
