For students in two or four-year college programs or trade schools as a full-time students anywhere in the United States.

For high school seniors and graduates of Mt. Lebanon High School who plan to attend or are attending an accredited 4-year college or university to study photography, journalism, political science, or related fields.

For volunteers of the Upper St. Clair Volunteer Fire Department or for their dependent children.

For PRO-Tec full-time employees and their dependents.

For students from southwestern PA pursing a degree in Psychology or Social Work.

For graduating seniors of Highlands High School in Southwestern Pennsylvania.

For diningroom servers, dietary aides and utility workers at Longwood at Oakmont (Verona, PA).
