For members of the Boys & Girls Club of Western Pennsylvania who demonstrate financial need.

For applicants who have been disproportionately affected by systemic barriers to educational achievement including, but limited to, those from the plaintiff class and former employees of Volkswagen of America, New Stanton PA.

For high school graduates who are residents of Plum Borough.

For children of full-time Duquesne Club employees.

For students from Carlynton or Chartiers Valley High Schools who are entering post-secondary education programs.

For students who have faced social, economic, or educational barriers due to systemic gender inequity, and who were born, lived in or went to school in Western PA to provide support for continuing education.

For middle and high school students attending a conservation education based camp in Pennsylvania.

For rising college sophomores, juniors or seniors living in Western PA for continued study at a 4-year college or university.

For graduating high school students from Bedford and Fulton counties.

For traditional and non-traditional students who reside in Allegheny County and who demonstrate financial need.
