For graduating seniors from Avella High School in Avella, PA to further their education beyond the high school level.

For high school graduates of Aliquippa, Ambridge, Avonworth, Beaver, Central Valley, Freedom, Hopewell, Keystone Oaks, New Castle, and Quaker Valley.

For graduating seniors from Keystone Oaks High School, Seton LaSalle, Bishop Canevin or any other accredited secondary educational program who reside in Dormont Borough and demonstrate a commitment to community service.
