For graduating high school seniors and current undergraduate students who attend(ed) high schools in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.

For high school seniors living the Ellwood City Area School District and Riverside Beaver County School District with preference for those who demonstrate community service and/or volunteerism.

For graduating seniors of Waynesburg Central High School in Greene County, Pennsylvania.

For senior athletes of Greensburg Salem High School.
