For graduating seniors at Richwood High School in Richwood, West Virginia.

For graduating seniors of Greensburg-Salem High School.

For Hempfield Area High School graduating seniors who have demonstrated continued commitment to education.

For persons from Allegheny County pursuing higher education at institutions in Western Pennsylvania.

For graduating seniors from Fairview High School (Fairview, PA) or The Neighborhood Academy (Pittsburgh, PA).

For graduating seniors participating in courses offered by the music department of North Allegheny Senior High School.

For graduates of Pittsburgh Public Schools.
