For students attending Mt. Lebanon High School and in a music organization or taking music lessons.

For graduating seniors from Keystone Oaks High School, Seton LaSalle, Bishop Canevin or any other accredited secondary educational program who reside in Dormont Borough and demonstrate a commitment to community service.
