For Polymer Enterprises employees & their families for 2- or 4-year colleges or technical schools.

For students attending Harvard Medical School.

For graduating high school students from Bedford and Fulton counties.

For residents, ages 18 to 25, of Western Pennsylvania (Allegheny and the 6 surrounding counties) who are pursuing completion of a program at a trade school.

For traditional and non-traditional students who reside in Allegheny County and who demonstrate financial need.

For nursing students in Allegheny County.

For students, or previous students, who have graduated from schools in Allegheny, Somerset, or Westmoreland County.
