For practicing or prospective school librarians to attend the Pennsylvania School Librarians Association conference.

For 3rd or 4th year University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine students who reside in Western PA and have financial need. Preference for applicants who were born, raised, and currently residing in the Western Pennsylvania region.

For students enrolled at Livingstone College, Salisbury, NC who maintain a 3.0 GPA.

For students enrolled at Winston Salem University in Winston Salem, NC.

For students enrolled in the University of Pittsburgh's College of General Studies.

For students pursuing degree in Accounting, Business or Economics at Westminster College.

For students majoring in civil engineering at Pennsylvania State University, University Park, PA.

For students majoring in elementary education at Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.

For seminary students attending Byzantine Catholic, St. Vincent or Pittsburgh Theological Seminaries.

For students attending Dickinson College who demonstrate financial need.
