For graduating seniors from Sto-Rox High School.

For graduating seniors of Fox Chapel High School.

For graduating seniors of Hopewell Area High School, Beaver County, PA.

For Springdale High School graduating seniors who played soccer for at least 3 years in high school.

For students attending Brownsville Area High School, Fayette County, PA.

For graduating seniors of Baldwin or Bethel Park High School pursuing nursing or health-related degrees.

For students in two or four-year college programs or trade schools as a full-time students anywhere in the United States.
