For students in kindergarten through 6th grade who are residents of the Hill District neighborhood of Pittsburgh and attend Fanny Edel Laboratory School (Falk School), Saint Benedict the Moor or St. Edmunds Academy.

For undergraduate students at Grove City or Geneva College.

For students of the Community College of Allegheny County (CCAC).

For students studying art at the Community College of Allegheny County.

For graduating high school seniors planning to attend Community College of Allegheny County (CCAC).

For students who attend the Community College of Allegheny County (CCAC) and are residents of PA, WV or OH.

For a student from Western Pennsylvania, specifically for a student entering Grove City college for undergraduate studies.
