For residents, ages 18 to 25, of Western Pennsylvania (Allegheny and the 6 surrounding counties) who are pursuing completion of a program at a trade school.

For traditional and non-traditional students who reside in Allegheny County and who demonstrate financial need.

For nursing students in Allegheny County.

For students, or previous students, who have graduated from schools in Allegheny, Somerset, or Westmoreland County.

For high school seniors from Allegheny County Schools majoring in visual, performance or media art.

For students in the Penn Trafford and Central Catholic High Schools planning to major in music education.

For graduating seniors at Bethel Park High School who are members of the football team.

For graduating seniors at Richwood High School in Richwood, West Virginia.

For graduating seniors from Westmoreland County, PA, to enable them to continue their education.
