For students living in the Mon Valley region of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

For students attending school in Allegheny County, Beaver, Butler, Fayette, Greene, Washington or Westmoreland County.

For graduating seniors of West Mifflin High School or East Allegheny High School.
