For outstanding students who reside in Southwestern PA and study various fields of communications.

For nursing students of all levels living within the nine counties of Southwestern PA.

For 2nd year students at 2- or 4-year college.

For students from Allegheny County and contiguous counties in or planning to attend Pennsylvania law schools.

For students from Allegheny or Fayette counties who are attending Pennsylvania-based colleges and universities.

For graduating seniors from the Woodland Hills School District area in PA.
