For employees of Turner Dairy OR a Dairy Farmer of Turner Dairy, as well as their children and grandchildren.

For full-time students enrolled at Mercyhurst University who plan to study abroad in a country where French is the main or secondary language (not including Canadian French) and immerse themselves in the language through a university sanctioned program. The program may be for university credit, an internship, self-directed/designed language immersion, etc. Programs may be any length of time (four-week minimum) during the up and coming academic year and must be billed through the university.

For undergraduate seniors pursuing an education in music.

For members of the Parish of Triumph of the Holy Cross, Pleasant Hills, Pennsylvania, who are enrolled in higher education.

For students pursuing a career in the field of art history.

For graduating high school seniors and current undergraduate students who attend(ed) high schools in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.

For a nursing student at Westmoreland County Community College who has completed their first year of studies.

For students attending Westmoreland County Community College Police Academy.

For students studying art at the Community College of Allegheny County.
